做客户，就是做心

A large part of consulting consists of client maintainance; and in my view, Junnan is adept at coordination and communication. After a year’s satisfactory (actually far beyond expectation) consulting service with Junnan, I decided to extend my contract with the company. However, at that time Junnan has already resigned his job to study in New York. To my surprise, he emailed me in person, and offered detailed advises regarding my career and further study choices, in which he wrote “I recommend Jessica, to whom I have briefed your profile and preference”. Frankly, this line comforted me a lot. And luckily Jessica did do a good job, which seems to me that Junnan’s communication with co-workers was also successful.

Needless to say, strong client maintainance premises on the consultant’s strong professional capacity. I have to say I am a rather picky client. I did background check for top 50 universities in US myself; I have confidence in my communication and writing skills; unlike other candidates, I do not need help to finish application materials such as personal statement or study plan. This means I sought for consulting service at a higher level, some advices or even insights regarding a career path suits me in terms of both self-achievement and finance-achievement. And this was precisely what Junnan offered me. I am still grateful to Junnan because he answered every one of my questions with detail-focused analysis, sometimes even a brief report. Before his service, I know what I want to be; but after his service, I know how to be what I want to be.

Of course, besides his profession, Junnan is also punctual (a shining character in the age of Procrastination!!!), consistent and thus reliable. Therefore, I recommend him wholeheartedly.
